Reservations and deposits

• A reservation deposit holds a specific container for you from your chosen move-in date.
• The deposit comes off your first invoice when you move in.
• If you cancel more than 48 hours before your move-in date we will refund your deposit in full.
• If you do not move in within 7 days of your move-in date and we cannot reach you, the container may be released.

Rental

• Prices are per week, plus VAT. The minimum rental period is four weeks, then week by week.
• Some depots take a refundable deposit for your key and access fob.
• You may store anything legal and not hazardous. No fuel, gas, chemicals, food or living things.
• Somerset Storage does not insure your goods. Please arrange your own cover.

Your full storage agreement is signed at the depot when you move in.
