Contact usHow long do I have to rent for?
The minimum rental is four weeks. After that it is week by week: move up or down a size, or leave with a week's notice.
When can I get to my things?
Any time from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year, using your own fob and key.
How does the online deposit work?
Pick a depot, size and move-in date, then pay a £50 deposit by card. That holds a specific unit for you. The depot rings you to sort out your key and fob.
Do I need insurance?
We do not provide contents insurance, but we can put you in touch with a specialist insurer who knows our sites. If it is worth storing, it is worth insuring.
Is there anything I cannot store?
Anything legal and not hazardous is fine. No gas bottles, fuel, chemicals, food or anything alive. Drain mowers and strimmers first.
Do you sell boxes?
Yes. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap and mattress and sofa covers are on sale at our Glastonbury and Frome depots.
